Freaky Shit

I first saw this dude's work in Rugged Magazine. His Name is Elzo and from what I can tell he collects loadsa different pictures and then cobbles em together to make weird freaky looking things. Check out his stuff on Flickr and if you get a chance you should come down to his exhibition at the Carhartt Store in Covent Garden, 10th October. I reckon it will be pretty rad plus there will be free beer : )

Quote Of The Day

"I can't call it wonky cos it makes music bloggers cry"

Decisions

Next Friday THEM are throwing another huge party down at the Rhythm Factory. On the line up they've got, Civil's latest signing Debruit, Ashburner (check out his Next Hype remix), 16 bit plus a whole load more.

However on the same night we also have new kids on the block Un Bongo who will be keeping things on a totally tropical tip. They are throwing their first party under a not a not so tropical railway arch in Bethnal Green with Sticky, Silverlink, Deadboy and residents Mully and Dub Wrecker.

Hmmmmm.

Playdoe - Freeze Step

If you aint checked out Rwina yet you are missing a trick. For for their third release they've called upon South African based odd balls Playdoe. All three tracks are propa, but if you really want to test the rig I suggest the Starkey Remix : )

On 24th October the Z-Shed and THEM are hitting Bristol's Black Swan for a night of low end mischief. The line up is a pretty mixed bag, expect everything from dubstep through to breakcore from the likes of Horse Power, Benny Page, Ironside, Stivs plus a whole load more. The party is called Shhhh Now! and you can catch us in the Dub LDN room...
